11. Payment and Cancellation Policy

* All deposits and payments are 50% refundable by January 10th, 2024.

* Final payment is due on January 10th, 2025, and this payment is NON-refundable.

Once the program is in progress, no refunds are considered. Cancellations must be made directly with us

and must be received in writing at our office before they are acknowledged. This cancellation policy is

strictly adhered to and reflects the risks and costs associated with the program. Reservations are non-

transferable and group cancellation policies may differ. We strongly recommend that you buy travel

insurance. Tour Operator reserves the right to withdraw the program announced and/or make any

alterations necessary for the proper operation of the program. This can be done at the discretion of the

Tour Operator, for any reason, without penalty. If the Tour Operator cancels a tour, the company has no

responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid to the company by the tour participant for the land

package. Airline tickets are not included in the package and are subject to airline regulations. No person,

other than an authorized representative of the tour by a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add or

waive any term or condition.

The Tour Operator reserves the right to withdraw the program announced and/or make any alterations necessary for the proper operation of the program. This can be done at the discretion of the Tour Operator, for any reason, without penalty. If the Tour Operator cancels a tour, the company has no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid to the company by the tour participant for the land package. Airline tickets are not included in the package and are subject to airline regulations. No person, other than an authorized representative of the tour by a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add, or waive any term or condition.

Refunds take 4-6 weeks to process and will be issued via wire transfer.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quest excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions regarding our website and program. We are not liable for losses or damages arising in connection with the use of our program, website, or related materials. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to the Program and Terms

Quest reserves the right to make changes to the program details, schedule, or terms at any time. WeFooter will inform participants of significant changes as they arise.
